What Is the Transfer Points System?
The transfer points system is used to prioritize teachers who are eligible for transfers based on their service at a particular station, total service in the department, and special or preferential circumstances.
The final points are a sum of:
- Station (School) Points
- Service Points
- Special Points
- Preferential Categories (if applicable)
These points help the department schedule and finalize transfer postings fairly and transparently.

Teachers with 5/8 years of service or voluntarily opting are not eligible for reapportionment points.
4. Preferential Categories (Get precedence regardless of points)
- 100% visually disabled / ≥80% orthopedically disabled
- 75% visually or 70–79% orthopedically / Hearing loss above 70dB
- Widows (not remarried)
- Major health conditions (cancer, open heart surgery, organ transplant, etc.)
- Dependents with mental disability
- Children with serious diseases (Juvenile Diabetes, Thalassemia, etc.)

-1 point per month of unauthorized absence (up to 10 points max)
