AP FA1 Time Table 2025 has been officially released by the School Education Department of Andhra Pradesh. For the academic year 2025–26, the traditional Formative Assessment-1 (FA-1) has been upgraded into a new evaluation format named Self Assessment – 1. This new model exam is designed for students from Classes 1 to 10.
According to the SCERT Andhra Pradesh, these exams will be conducted in all schools from 11th August to 14th August 2025. The exams cover syllabus from June and July 2025, and the papers are common for all government and aided schools.

What’s New in AP Self Assessment Exams?
The Self Assessment format is introduced to promote competency-based learning and reduce exam pressure on students. For Classes 1 to 8, the assessments are classroom-based, while for Classes 9 and 10, the assessments follow a written format similar to traditional FA-1 exams.
