AP ECET Notification 2025 Online Registration, Exam Dates
AP ECET Notification 2025 Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET) 2025 is a common Entrance Exam administered by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) for the academic year 2025-26.
AP ECET 2025 is intended for Diploma Holders and B.Sc., Degree Holders (with Mathematics as one of the optional subjects) for lateral admission into 2nd year regular B.E., B.Tech., Courses into (1) University Engineering Colleges to the extent of 10% of over and above-sanctioned intake and (2) All India Council for Technical Education approved Un-Aided Private Professional Institutions (Minority and Non-minority) to the extent of 10% over and above the sanctioned intake.
AP ECET 2025 is also intended for later Admission into 2nd-year Regular B.Pharmacy Courses approved by the Pharmacy Council of India into (1) University Colleges to the extent of 10% of over and above-sanctioned intake and (2) Un-Aided Private Professional Institutions (Minority and Non-minority) to the extent of 10% of over and Above – Sanctioned intake for Seats Specifically earmarked for Diploma Holders for the Academic year 2025-26. However, individuals with B.Sc. Degrees are ineligible for Admission to Pharmacy Courses.

AP ECET 2025 Notification for Admissions into Undergraduate Courses for the Academic Year 2025-26 was Released in April 2025. The AP ECET Online Application process Begins on May 3rd, 2025. The AP ECET Examination 2025 is set for July 22nd, 2025, and is Eligible for Admission to Pharmacy courses.

AP ECET Application Form
Candidates must Go through the Following Details About the AP ECET Application Form 2025:
- The AP ECET 2025 Application Form will be Available Online.
- Applicants will be able to fill out the registration form during the third week of March 2025.
- Fill out the application form with the necessary information, such as your name, qualifications, and contact information.
- Students must include accurate and complete information in the application form, as all communication
- will be conducted via the registered email address and mobile number.
- The authorities will also provide a rectification feature for editing errors in the application form.

AP ECET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET) is conducted for diploma holders and B.Sc. (Mathematics) graduates who wish to join engineering or pharmacy courses through lateral entry. Here are the eligibility criteria:
1. Nationality
- Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
- Candidate must belong to Andhra Pradesh and should satisfy the local/non-local status requirements as per the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions.
2. Educational Qualifications
- Diploma Holders: Candidates must have completed a 3-year diploma in Engineering/Technology/Pharmacy from a recognized institution by the State Board of Technical Education.
- B.Sc. Graduates: Candidates must have a B.Sc. degree with Mathematics as one of the main subjects from a recognized university.
3. Minimum Marks
- Candidates must have secured at least 45% marks (for General category) and 40% marks (for SC/ST category) in the qualifying diploma or degree examination.
4. Age Limit
- There is no age limit for AP ECET admissions.
5. Lateral Entry
- The test is for lateral entry into 2nd-year B.E./B.Tech. and B.Pharmacy programs.
