ORDER:

During recent field visits to various schools across the district, it has come to the notice of the undersigned that certain LFL Headmasters and Headmasters of High Schools are abstaining from classroom teaching, citing the absence of explicit instructions from higher authorities. Such practices are counterproductive and hinder our collective mission of delivering quality education in government schools. Headmasters play a critical role in instructional leadership, and active participation in classroom teaching is essential to set a benchmark for quality and discipline.

Therefore, all LFL Headmasters and High School Headmasters in the district are hereby instructed to take a minimum of two teaching periods per day, preferably in subjects of their expertise.

These periods must be clearly reflected in the school time table, and a copy of the same should be submitted to the office of the District Educational Officer, YSR District, via email without fail.

Any deviation from these instructions will be viewed seriously and will attract appropriate disciplinary action.
