AP LAWCET 2024 Counselling has begun on October 16th, 2024. The result was announced on June 27th, 2024. The preliminary answer key and question paper were issued on June 10th, 2024. The authority conducts an exam for admission to various UG law degrees. The Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test (AP LAWCET) is administered by Acharya Nagarjuna University in Guntur on behalf of APSCHE. It is an annual state-level examination. Candidates who pass this entrance examination will be admitted to LLB (3 and 5 year) courses.
AP LAWCET Counselling Process Steps:
- Registration & Fee Payment:
- Visit the official counselling portal: https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
- Pay the counselling registration fee (approx. ₹1000 for General/OBC and ₹500 for SC/ST).
- Keep the payment receipt as proof.
- Document Verification:
- Attend online/offline document verification at designated centers if required.
- Candidates must upload scanned copies of essential documents.
- Choice Filling:
- Log in using your registration number and password.
- Select your preferred colleges and courses based on rank and availability.

- Seat Allotment:

- Phase-2 (if applicable):

Steps to Participate in AP LAWCET 2024 Counselling
- Visit the Official Portal:
Go to the AP LAWCET 2024 portal: https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/LAWCET. - Click on the “Admission” Tab : On the homepage, select the “Admission” tab to begin the counselling process.
- Fill Out the Counselling Application Form : Enter the required details in the counselling application form and proceed to pay the counselling fee.
- Print the Application Form : After submission, print a copy of the application form for future reference.
- Register for Web Options (Web-Entry) : Register for the “Web Options” (also known as the “Web-Entry Option”) to choose your preferred colleges and courses.
- Download the Seat Allotment Order : Once the seat Allotment is processed, Download The “Seat Allotment Order” From the portal.
- Document Verification and Fee Payment:
- Participate in the counselling process in online mode.
- Verify your documents as per the instructions.
- Pay the admission fee online or offline to confirm your seat.
Step 1: Document Verification-
Candidates must visit the counselling centres specified in their region. They must carry both the original and two copies of the appropriate documents and rank cards. Candidates should visit the counselling centres according to their rank and schedule. Following verification, candidates will be expected to participate in the web-counselling process.
Step 2: Web-option entry-
Candidates must participate in the online counselling procedure, which can be accessed through support centres or any system with an internet connection. Step 3: Seat allotment-
The APSCHE will provide an Allotment list that includes the Names of the Candidates as well as their rank. Candidates can accept colleges by Reporting to their Designated College and paying the course fee. Candidates who Do not Accept their Seat Allotment Must participate in the Following Round of Seat Allotment.
