AP STATE COUNCIL OF HIGHER EDUCATION AP ICET SPOT ADMISSIONS MBA / MCA Colleges in AP state are informed that AP -ICET-2024 Admissions are Completed and the Students were instructed to Report @ Colleges by 23-09-2024.

Instructions for principals: Spot Admissions Process Sequence

• Collect original certificates.
• Collect the original certificates from candidates for verification and Calculate the appropriate tuition fee.

Update Joining Details:

To Update student joining Details, log in to https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in with your existing user ID.

Uncheck the box next to the candidate to be moved to a new branch.
Select the “Internal Sliding” option, enter the hall ticket number, and then slide.

Handle Re-allotted Candidates:

Candidates who are not on the current allotment list should not be continued. Direct them to report to their new institution/course during the final phase of allotments.

To cancel an allotment, candidates can uncheck their name from the list of joined candidates before spot admissions are made.

To fill vacancies following convener admissions, log in to your college and search for open positions. EWS vacancies earmarked for OC Applicants Must be Filled by Students From the EWS Category (local to AU or SVU) who have valid EWS Certificates. If these Supernumerary vacancies Remain unfilled, they cannot be transferred to another category.

Candidates who have not taken admission so far are only Eligible. Candidates Shall Not be Allowed For Spot Admission without original Certificates.

3. The vacancies are to be filled First with Those Qualified in APICET-2024 possessing 50% For OC and 45% and Above for BC/SC/ST Aggregate marks in 3-years Degree Examination. Eligibility for Admission into MBA and MCA Programmes are as given under:

•  Qualifying Examination Consolidated Marks Memo and Provisional Pass Certificate
•  SSC Marks Memo or Equivalent
•  Intermediate Marks Memos
•  Study Certificate
•  Residence Certificate(if Applicable)
•  Caste Certificate(if Applicable)
•  EWS Certificate(if Applicable)
• Transfer Certificate

• Not qualified /Not appeared in APICET-2024 Rs.1600/-
