Holistic Progress Card Online
Everyone has informed the principals that in the case of entering marks in the Holistic Progress Card, the entry of marks has to be changed from 10 + 10 + 10 + 20 pattern to 5 + 5 + 5 + 35 pattern.
However, if you have updated the SAMP 1 & 2 marks online, they have been automatically converted to 5+5+5+35 Pattern.
For that, you have to log in to the CSE website with your school UIDAI code and look at the UIDAI code and physically enter the marks there in your holistic progress card with a permanent black marker pen.

Steps to Download HPC Online:
- Visit the Official Website: Go to your state education board’s official website or the school-specific portal. Andhra Pradesh, visit https://studentinfo.ap.gov.in.
- Login with Enter the student’s unique ID (such as Aadhaar or Student ID). Provide the date of birth and any additional required details.
- Navigate to the HPC Section: Locate the Holistic Progress Card or Student Progress Report section. Select the academic year (e.g., 2024–2025).
- View and Verify: Check the Details Displayed on the Screen. Ensure the information Matches your child’s Academic and personal Records.
- Download the HPC: Click on the Download or Print option. Save the file as a PDF for future reference.
- Contact School Authorities (if required): In Case of issues Accessing the card, Reach out to the school Administration or Class Teacher for Assistance.
